Logan Brown is a business leader with expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, and operations systems design. At Civic Directive, he serves as Principal and Technical Lead for feasibility studies and financial modeling, guiding public-sector and institutional clients through rigorous evaluation of proposed initiatives.
Following completion of his MBA, Logan began his career as Program Operations & Community Manager at a business incubator and funding accelerator, where he partnered with the City of Las Vegas and regional municipalities to support economic redevelopment and diversification efforts. In that role, he worked closely with dozens of early-stage startups, built operational programming, and helped design initiatives that strengthened the local entrepreneurial ecosystem. This experience solidified his commitment to thoughtful collaboration between public institutions and private enterprise, a passion that continues to define his work today.
At Civic Directive, Logan specializes in translating strategic vision into structured analysis and executable plans. He designs feasibility frameworks, financial models, performance metrics, and implementation roadmaps that allow decision-makers to assess risk, allocate resources effectively, and move forward with confidence. His work is particularly focused on complex, early-stage projects operating within regulatory, financial, and political constraints.
